II. Assistant Product Manager
Job Description: Develop, implement & integrated marketing plan strategy to bulid brand equity.
Requirements:
* Male/female max. 30 years old
* Bachelor Degree from any major
* Have experience min. 2 years in same position

III. Business Representative
You will learn to:

Responsibilities:

Creates and design prototypes, including graphic design, site navigation and layout of content for the project.
Builds websites using technologies that conform to international standards and make sure that they are universally accessible.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of working experience as Web Designer.
Advanced knowledge of XHTML, CSS, and of digital imaging and illustration with Adobe Photoshop, Macro Media Flash and Illustrator .
Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
Extensive experience working on a Mac platform.
Writing web pages in a combination of codes, such as hypertext mark-up language (HTML), Javascript, Actionscript and Flash, or using code-generating programs, such as Dreamweaver.

Responsibilities:
* To plan and develop web sites, including marketing tools and materials about Realta products and services, as well as other 3rd party.
* Familiar and able to use software for preparing marketing materials such as brochures, presentation materials and other publications.

Requirements:
* Male / female, age between 24 â€" 30 years old.
* S1 degree in the field of Web Design, Graphic Designer.
* Good command in English.

II. System Integration Manager
Responsibilities:
Define customer requirements and propose the best configuration and specification to meet customer’s requirements.
Present and propose the solution to customer and manage the installation projects.
Understand the operating systems and software development tools as well as office automation products will be an advantage.

Requirements:
* S1 or certificate of competency in the Information Technology and Telecommunication including
* Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years experience.
Holder of CCNA, CCNP certificate.
Good command of English and willing to travel.

III. HRD, QA Manager
Responsibilities:
* To maintain the HR development, the training and administration of highly qualified team of Realta staff.
* Only candidates with sufficient proven experience, willingness to learn and forward thinking with leadership capability will be considered
Requirements:
* Minimum S1 in Management, Law or Business Administration, with minimum 2 years working experience in HRD management.
* Male / female, 30 â€" 40 years old, understand the concept of ISO quality management, Man Power Planning, Industrial Relationship, Performance Appraisal and familiar with HR related rules and regulations.

IV. Business Consultant
Responsibilities
PT. Realta Chakradarma Business is growing and require more professional Business Consultants to develop new sales opportunity as well as maintaining current customers.
Business Consultants will do the Presentation, Demo, and Proposal to prospective customers, while finding out their requirement and other market information.
Requirements:
* Background and experience in the field of sales and marketing is an advantage.
* D3 / S1 degree holder is a must, fluent in English conversation and correspondence.

IV. Software Programmer
Responsibilities:
In view of our new product development and maintaining our current range of products, Realta require new programmers who are highly creative, able to learn new concepts and show their talent and professionalism.
Requirements

* Male / female, with proven knowledge of Visual FoxPro or Java and other programming language(s), with experience in developing a complete application system.
* Knowledge on databases, reporting software such as Crystal Report will be an advantage.
* Good communication in English, able to work in a team with sufficient leadership.
* Willing to travel and take responsibility to complete his / her duties assign to him / her.
* Minimum holder of D3 / S1 degree in ICT / Engineering.
