SENIOR HR MANAGER
With the Following Criterias :

S1 Degree with min. 5 years exp. in human resource managerial position
Min. 3 years experiences in leadership development training and coaching
Excellent understanding in Human Resources activities (incl. Recruitment & Selection, Training, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, with strong understanding in Indonesian Labor Regulation)
Provide leadership and assistants in driving organizational improvements and development through the implementation of best HR practices
Develop, implement, review, improve and monitor HR Standard Operating Procedures applicable to company operations in all work areas
Good track record with previous companies, reliable, strategic thinking, and good interpersonal skills
Willing to be located in East Java
